Since there hasnt been a challenge posted in a few weeks I thought I'd post one.
Lowest sugar intake - this is something I really struggle with. That and sodium - so lets see who can have the lowest sugar total for the week. Good luck all!

how funny, I never really paid much attention before---my only "sweet" treat is an Edy's fruit bar, but it really adds up----even tomato soup, and cheese have sugars! Today, though, I had a doughnut----so my Friday number will be very bad indeed!
