Running speeds

I know that the speed varies for everyone but I just wanted to know the pace everyone runs/walks at

i love treadmill running so i can focus on pace, and walk at level 6 and run at 7.5

does anyone else know their stats to compare with?

its been suggested to me that I should run slower the first time i complete the program and then repeat the program and a faster pace, which i actually think is a really good idea, but for now im only in week 3 and staring to feel the strain.

So you walk at 6MPH and run at 7.5?? Holy smokes, I've never heard of anyone walking that fast.....C25K should be a breeze for you!

haha not quite, as stupid as it sounds i naturally walk fast so if i walked the 6 im fine, as soon as i start running it im exhausted (pretty sure the barriers are all in my head)

One of you is talking in Miles, the other in Kilometres!!! a 6mph walk would be pretty impressive though!

I think it has to be km too! I'm on week 5, walk at 5.7km & runat 7.2km on treadmill, although my last session I started at 7.2km, upped to 7.3km for 1 min, then to 8km for 1 min & back down again. But did feel I had probably pushed a bit too hard - so will see what happens on the next one - wk 5 day 3, 20 min run - will probably stick to 7.2km to enable me to complete.

Up until this week (week 4) I was doing it on the treadmill - I was at 4.5 km/h for walking and 8.2 km/h for the jogging. This week I have started doing my C25k on the streets and have actual found that I've sped up a bit...
I'm now averaging around 5 km/h for the walking and 9 km/h for the jogging.
I actually made myself slow down a bit on Wednesday so Mondays session was faster (completely not intentional - hence why I slowed it down on Wednesday)

Per my fitbit, I typically run at 5.1 mph.
