Today I ran in the Terry Fox Run in my community. I started c25k July 1st. I am super excited that I have my first race under my belt, I am in another 5k in October:). Never would have thought I would wake up early on a Sunday to run!!

    I didn't run the whole thing:(. I was with a friend who's not a runner plus the park we were in is know for the big *kitten* hills!! My body hurt more after that walk/run than when I run 5 km. I will be doing another 5k in October and my plan is to run the whole thing:)
