Opinion question on Whole30

I started Whole30 on Sept 4, so I am 16 days in. I started this not thinking I have a colonoscopy on Friday and that there is the day and a half prep work. Starting today after lunch and all day tomorrow I have to drink only clear liquids, nothing else. I can stick with organic broths, no sugar added juice and water, but do you think I should just start all over on Friday or keep going as is?

nope...I think you should keep going strong! You are halfway there. If you can stick with the chicken broth and water and stay away from the juice you are still Whole30 compliant.0

I say just keep going! For me, one of the biggest achievements of this Whole30 will be staying on it to the best of my ability through some really tough times, travel and less than optimal meals. I think getting through it while real life gets in the way - even if it's not 10% perfect - is going to have more of a lasting effect than living in a bubble and perfection.
Maybe the question you need to ask yourself is this: will you feel okay if you keep going or will you feel like you cheated?0 -

I say keep going too! You've come so far!! I am sitting here wondering if maybe you could substitute Kombucha for the fruit juice - the low sugar varieties (like Trilogy and Gingerade) have only 2 g of sugar and are Whole 30 approved. It might be worth asking your doctor.0
