Started Again ... Week 2 Run 2 ( well tomorrow !)

Hello .. I managed to get to week 6 previously then had a hideous summer what with the heat and throat infections and just being too darned busy !!

Anyway I made a choice to just go back and restart ... completed week 1 last week and have done my first run of week 2 on Tuesday am now ready for run 2 tomorrow morning !!!

I have also switched to getting up early and running in morning rather than in evening as I just have so much to do the run always came last !!

Who's with me on run 2 week 2 ? fancy some motivation ??>>

    I did week 2 run 2 today...I was surprised how much better I was since run 1 but have been doing sciatic stretches and shin splint exercises....and they work!

    I am running with our 12yo son but he is away this week so will be doing week 2 for 2 weeks.

    Man that changer from 60 to 90 secs was a killer lol

    I did week 2 run 2 today!! I was definitely better than the first time I did it on Monday but I'm still wondering if it really is possible for me to run for half an hour when 90 seconds is such a killer!!! I guess I'll know by mid-Novemeber :-)
