Workout 11...What, the what?!

So I started Workout 11 today and I have one thing to say: it is difficult to do push ups with resistance band (torture tube according to Ms. Michaels') if you weigh 245 or so pounds! lol. I could barely get the [wrapped once] band around my friggin' back, get on the mat for push up without feeling restricted (is this what a straight jacket feels like? lol). I just did a regular push up on my knees.
And one more thing (lol...i know i initially said ONE thing to say): what was that plank move in this workout? smh.

haha omg me too. i had to just lose the cable and do as many regular style push ups i could lol. and as for that plank thing, i nearly sprained mywrist and flared up my carpel tunnel doing it so instead i just did push ups or alternated with working my arms out from plank to push up0
