Hi all!

I'm going to take it one day at a time. These are my plans for today

Eat 3 healthy delicious meals.
Exercise.
Track all my food.
Journal.
Breathe.


What are your goals for today! I support all of you... We can do this!!!

    Okay so I exercised! 1 hour of Zumba!! Had a healthy breakfast of egg whites, turkey sausage, and bacon bits witha bagel thin and a teeny smear of butter... I'm off ot grocery shop and pick up a salad of some sort... Chipoltle is calling me but their sodium is always a concern for me...
