6 weeks of Keto (pics)

I wasn't going to post cause the severe ponytail isn't a very flattering look (and I just hate looking at pics of myself), but I wanted to share the progress I've made in such a short time. 6 weeks in I had only lost about 15 lbs., but I lost 15.5 inches. My diet is pretty straightforward keto, I try to eat as clean as I can but I have my off days. As for exercise I'm doing C25k and 100 push ups program on my non run days.

In the before pics I am 185 lbs. down to about 170 in the after pics. I still have about 35 lbs. to lose to reach my goal weight. I want to say a big thank you to my supportive mfp friends and r/keto. You guys are awesome!

    You look great! That 15lbs really shaped you! I have been hovering around 170 for a few weeks now myself, thanks to vacation.
