How's everyone doing on week #3? These were hard for me today....I thought they'd be getting easier! ;) Keep up the good work! :drinker:

    I am not doing so well. Still behind. :sad:
    As of last Friday, I'm up to 20:23/60. I haven't been able to do any for the last couple days as I've been having pain in my abdominal area so to be cautious, I stopped. Pain is subsiding, so will start back up again today or tomorrow.

    Hope everyone else is doing well!

    Three minutes a day. Why aren't these getting easier? Every once in a while I can hold it for two minutes. I would think that I should be able to do that regularly by now.

    2 reverse plank......Not the full 2 minutes but 2 minutes total for both low and reverse plank. sad

    Week # 3 Im slow this week but I got up this morning and banged out 7 minutes!!!!

    9/19 2 minutes low plank ( still not 2 minutes straight)
    1 minute high plank
    4 minutes reverse plank on ball ( these were 2 minutes at a time) YAY!!!

    Ok I am so behind everyone because I have only completed about 6 of my 60 because the only time I have found time to do this was in my pole fitness class :( so looks like I will be attempting some major catch up...

    I feel like I really slacking but according to majority of people posting I am on target. I did 3 minutes today held a 2 minute high plank and 1 minute reverse, bringing my total to 25/60

    Missed week 2 but my total minutes of planks to date is 28 I think, 10 minutes wednesday, 3 minutes today, 3 minutes one time last week
