My good friend Linda (lindahirst1) has joined us in the Killer B Ultra 90 Day Challenge group. Please welcome her!
Linda is a "corresponding" member of the group --- she's a former Santa Barbarian who now lives in the very cool city of Merced, and who has been making excellent progress toward her weight goal thanks to MyFitnessPal and her local gym. (She also gets ongoing encouragement from her mum in Liverpool, England, who is also on MyFitnessPal!)
Linda's interested in our techniques and tools, and I hope she'll share some of the secrets of her success...
