Ramp It Up

Today I will be doing week 2 day 3 (Ramp It Up). My only complaint so far is that my arms get worn out during the 5 minute warm-up so I am not yet able to keep the arms going through the plie phase. I have to put my hands on my hips. I'm hoping that over time I will get used to it. I really want to make it all the way through without doing any of the alternate moves. I'm hoping to see some inches lost by end of weeke 3! Shouldn't be too hard to do with all of the lower body work in this one.

    Keep with it, I am starting over again. I tend to make it 2 and a half weeks each time and I always have some reason that I stop. I love the workout because I can feel it! but I set myself up to fail sometimes out of laziness!!
    So happy to find the group, hopefully this will keep me motivated to stay on track! I am going to do the slim and limber tomorrow and Sunday to warm up to it, the first day after not doing it for a few weeks always kicks my butt!
    I have never made it to burn it up, I want to though.
