A great run this morning, I did the full 25 minutes but only logged 2.32 miles. What am I saying???! I RAN 2.32 MILES! On August 13 I could barely run 60 seconds! Next Saturday is a 5k, will I be ready?

You will be! You may not be able to run 100% of it but you will absolutely finish it, you're not far from it now
I finished my first 5K in 40:18 - ran 25, walked 5, then did walk/run intervals for the rest

I just finished my 1st 5K this weekend, it was awesome. I am stuck on W7 / D2 but I still did way better than I ever thought I would do and just had a great time & made some new friends. Have fun!0 -
Today was Day 2 and rather than stick with the program I decided to just keep running and see how far I could get before I had to stop........3.22 miles in 40 minutes. Actually I stopped because I knew I did the 5k distance, I probably could've gone farther but didn't want to over do it. So I know I can do the course on Saturday and hopefully will finish under 40.0
