Saturday 9/22 Weigh-in/Check-in

Hello Christmas Challengers! Hope you are all doing fantastic-- keeping those goals in mind and giving it all ya got!

This would be our very first 'Saturday Check-in', which was requested by a few of you! Here you can update us on where you are at so far, if any pounds have been lost, inches, etc. You can include a photo if you please.

    Congrats jabmzmom! Keep it up.

    I am up 0.8lbs but not going to get too upset about it because it's that TOM. Normally, I gain 2-4lbs at this time so I'll take it. Next week I hope to report a nice loss.

  • I have not lost any weight but I am not goin to be discouraged yet as I know it is difficult for me with my husband in the house who wats nothing to do with healthy eating. BUT on a good note I am making it to the gym 5 times a week and loving every minute of the burn!

    This week was SO weird gaind 4 pounds on monday weight my self again today and lost those 4 pounds again so that's a good thing. I did lose a total of 3,5 inches! SO that is a great thing.

    No loss this week, but I haven't gained either so that's fine. Its nearly TOM anyway so not too fussed about the lack of weight loss! Well done everyone who has had a loss this week. I am getting into my stride with my exrcise anyway so I'm very happy with that. I'm running my first 5k in two weeks time-excited and nervous all at once! Training is going slowly but I'm determined to do it.

    254 lbs

    it seems i lost inches in my hips but i will wait until next saturday to update and make sure i have the placement of the tape measure in the same spot.

    but my weight is probably going to fluxuate, so we'll see by next time.

    Also lost an inch off my waist. yay!

    Haven't lost anything this week, but that's my fault for failing to keep diet in check, with all the gatherings and potluck parties at the office.

    I think my starting weight was about 2 pounds off, I had just returned home from a girls weekend and things were a little crazy! I'm going for a goal of being under 200, I hope to have to adjust that number lower!
