1st day

Hey I am new to all this. I am on the optifast 900 program in Canada. Today was my first day on shakes. Does anyone have any advice?

    make sure you are getting in at least 12 cups of water each day.
    usually the colder the better (also makes you body work harder as it has to use energy to warm it up which in turn will burn more calories) Your body will get used to the additional water intake - it is best to down 2-3 cups at a time rather than take a drink here and there over time. as it will help with the bathroom trips. and I promise you won't spend all your time in the bathroom.
