Non Scale Victory
Was told by the doctor that I can stop taking all my high blood pressure medications. I've completed 12 weeks of just Optifast. Will now do 12 weeks of slow transaction back to all food. For the next 2 weeks I will have 5 Optifast per day and one meal.
