This optifast is working. It's worth every penny. I am so happy with how things are going and I'm being monitored...score. I haven't cheated one time on this diet, so proud. How is everyone else doing?

    6 weeks in, down 30. It's working.

    A little over 6 months and I'm down 81 pounds. I do not do a full fast though.
