    I didn't bother taking Stats, I thought I would have given up by now, but now I'm thinking, maybe I should, at least today I will :-)

    Lost 1.5 inches, but gained .8 lbs

    yes - I havent lost any weight - I stayed the same - but I have definitely shrunk/tightened up
