tomorrow i start level 3... just finished my last day of level 2...i'm so terrified... HOWEVER! Changing Levels
So I have a question for everyone...When do you change levels? Do you do 10 days of each level, switch when you feel like you've got a level down, switch when you get bored, or something different? Day 4 Level 2
not as bad as day 3! so exciting! :D though i did different cardio today than on the video because i have people living underneath me and it's 1am...so that may have changed things some, i'm not sure... anywho. i feel good about today.
Can't lose anything!
Day 5 done. Have been under my calorie goal every day for 10 days, yet... I haven't lost a pound! WHYYYYY???? It"s so...so.... NOT motivating! I do feel myself getting stronger as I work out but why can't I lost a single pound?
