How do you people do this??? :noway: Yesterday was my first day of level 2 and the only positive thing I can say is that the 27 minutes went by fast!!! (Seemed faster than level 1)

I hate being down in the plank position!!! I find myself not breathing correctly - I'm holding my breath just to hold myself up! This is killer!!!

Could use some words of encouragement to get through this. I know I can do it and that it will get easier...just like level 1 did...but OMG, it SUCKS!!! :frown:

i know! i HATE level 2. I dread it every single day. all i can say is that i've heard level 3 is easier and taht two is the hardest and i'm hoping they're right.

However. it DOES get a little better. i'm just about to do my sixth day today (starting as soon as i finish typing this) of level two, and i can make it through ALMOST the whole thing without dying (except in the squat with a v-raise part.... that's so. hard. for me.) just. keep going. you can do this. it's hard, it's killer, but it's only ten days. you got this. definitely. :)

Thanks! I did level 2 today, and I felt much better about it. Still took lots of breathers cuz it was totally kicking my butt! Yep, those squat v-raises are AWEFUL! And today during those crazy twisting jumps, I had a muscle spasm in my back...OUCH! Had to stop and just marched in place to keep moving.

On a good note, I know I did something right on day 1 of lvl 2 cuz I had some serious sore muscles today!!!

Will be doing my day 3 tomorrow...but taking Wednesday off as I have a meeting to attend (and I'm sure my muscles will thank me for taking a day off!)

Keep our heads up....WE GOT THIS!!!

See that's the thing, I always wonder if i'm doing things wrong because my muscles are NEVER sore? maybe i just don't get into it enough? I think i do...but idk... also i haven't done the extreme movesyet, only the modified versions, but that's because i have flat feet and they tend to react badly to jump moves...

So glad that level 2 is starting to go better!!! :D I'm excited to move to level 3 on Thursday because i still hate 2, but it really does get easier. the section with the v-raises is basically the only time i have to actually stop... i take a few seconds in the last ab circuit, but then i make it up by continuing for a few seconds after they all have stopped on the video - i don't know if that works, but it seems fine for me! :)

Did day 3 of lvl 2 today....and had another bad spasm in my back! Grrrr I had to stop...and then take it easy for the remainder of circuit 3. Those twisting jumps just don't agree with me! I might have to do jumping jacks instead of them...just to keep up the cardio.

Taking tomorrow off, so hoping that will be a nice relaxer for my poor muscles.

We'll see how I feel come Thursday...I might decide to do lvl 1 instead of lvl 2 if I'm still sore.

Hangin in there though!!! Keep up the good work!

    nice job!! keep it up!!

and i think as long as you replace cardio with cardio and strength with strength, you''ll be fine. its basically all the same stuff, just mixing it up a little. do what feel right and what you wont hurt yourself doing !
