Day 5 done. Have been under my calorie goal every day for 10 days, yet...
I haven't lost a pound! WHYYYYY????
It"s so...so.... NOT motivating! I do feel myself getting stronger as I work out but why can't I lost a single pound?

So Sorry to hear, try taking a look at your sugars and carbs... I know everyone is different, I finally found that I lose weight when I limit my sugar and carb intake, I try to keep my carbs around 120 and sugars around 15-20. Also check your sodium - Lots of sodium will help you retain water and make the scale not budge.
we are gaining a lot of muscle doing this workout too and muscle weighs more than fat and in the beginning when we are sore the muscles actually retain water too. I know I'm losing slowly because of this but I'm hoping the scale reflects my hard work in a week or so.
Don't get discouraged!! Did u measure yourself? I know I've only been losing about 1 pound a week since doing the dvd but the changes in my body are already visible and I haven't completed level 1 yet!! I can't wait to see me after 30 days :-)
Oh - and how far are you under your calories??? Maybe you aren't eating enough?0
