My favorite breakfast includes Bulletproof coffee, 2 bacon strips, and 2 eggs fried in the bacon grease. I'm looking for more good breakfast ideas that are quick and easy.

Yum! I haven't done it in awhile, but I was making a large frittata on Sundays and would have a piece every morning. You can put whatever you want it in - I'd usually saute onions, spinach, kale, and zucIchini, along with some sort of meat for some extra protein. I actually made an individual one for myself today for brunch. So yummy!
During the week when I run short on time, I'll also take some eggs to work and microwave them in a mug and have with some slices of avocado.0 -
Last week my husband and I lined muffin pans with bacon (just around the side), then filled the center with egg, chopped spinach, mushrooms and cheese and baked at 350 for about 20 - 30 mins. For the rest of the week, he just popped 2 in the microwave and he had breakfast to go!0

I thrown three eggs, some diced peppers and onions and sausage into a small baking dish in the toaster oven at 400 degree while Im showering and getting ready for work. Perfectly baked egg casserole when Im done. I top it with salsa and enjoy!
Lately I have been in a rush so I make my bulletproof coffee and drink it on the way into work and eat 2-3 hard boiled eggs once Im there.0 -

For the past few weeks I've made a breakfast casserole on Sunday and then eat it for breakfast for the week. So filling and so easy to grab and heat up at work. I used this recipe: http://paleomg.com/savory-breakfast-casserole/ and then tailored the ingredients to what I like. Recently used eggs, pork sausage, kale, green onions, and red bell peppers. So delicious!0

Lately my favorite breakfast is 2 oz of raw organic macadamia nuts with black coffee. OMG, it's decadent and so satiating, and energy giving it's amazing! I Orgazmic. And, it goes on and on as I work... It's too bad it costs like $2.50 (given that coffee is free at the office).
My lunch that will work as a breakfast for someone is a variation on Marylin's Monroe eggs in steamed milk. I heat about a cup of bone broth for 1 min in micro in a bowl, drop in a couple of eggs and poach them for another 50 sec or so (I stop after 30 sec to ensure no popping). Then I add salt and ~ 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil and enjoy life to the fullest.0
