Most impt nutrients to track?

Other than the macros, what nutrients do you track that are specific to running? Which do you think are most important to get enough of as a long distance runner and why?

Potassium!!! Lack of it can lead to severe cramping. I use shots, gels, gu, sport beans to be sure to replenish. You can use Gatorade, bananas, etc as well, but it is so vital.0
