Need help with my hm training plan
Hello all, I am preparing for my first half marathon race. My goal is to run around 2:15h. Now I have condition to run about 8 maybe 9 km slowly (about 7:30min per km). I have 12 weeks for prepare. Can someone help me and give me some training plan? Thanks.

This is my wife and I's first half marathon, really stoked about it! I'm using disney's half marathon training guide. I discovered it when we went down to do the 10k during their marathon weekend in January. Anyone else participating in that race?

Training for my first half marathon...YIKES! I'm in my 4th week of training and its starting to get a lil difficult. Any tips on improving endurance? Or WHEN DOES IT GET easier lol.
