Happy Monday Challengers!
I'm making today's post short and sweet. I start school Wednesday, I also move into my new apartment on Wednesday and have work in between all of that :noway: so today and tomorrow are dedicated to preparing myself for all that and keeping myself together ha. I'm making a personal challenge this week to keep to healthy options even through the stress and busy-ness, and to plan out a solid routine that includes exercise and food planning.
At this point in the challenge you should know where you can improve in your journey, so I urge you to challenge yourself there.

Happy Monday! I've been pretty quiet on here lately, I've been busy, and slacking =( Sorry for not posting as much! So this week, just need to get my mind and routine back on track!

Happy Crazy Monday everyone!
My mini-challenge for the week is to get those darn 10 miles in on top of the 30 day shred. I have been trying to meet this goal for two weeks now and failed miserably! But this week WILL be different!!!0 -
I think I'll challenge myself to run 15K this week - I better get off the PC and do my first 5K of the week then!!0

My challenge this week is to get my recommended amount of protein. I struggle with this, I am such a carb girl. Have a great week everybody!0

My goal this week is do better at drinking water and stepping up the intensity on my workouts. I have kinda slacked off on my water and have done better at not drink so many soft drinks but I have been drinking a lot of crystal lights instead.0
