Being recently diagnosed as T2 two weeks ago, I have been researching like crazy about what this disease is, what is means, how I can control it etc etc - all the questions I am sure everyone on this group has had at some stage,

I saw the book "The first year - Type 2 Diabetes" by Gretchen Becker recommended on another site. I have read now it from cover to cover now.

I've not seen mention of it on this forum so thought I would share what I have found to be an extremely informative book,
