Just finished my 10 squats as I finished making dinner. Also did a 5km walk in 46min earlier I love the idea of this group and Im glad I found you again from the Message board I replied to yesterday

I've decided to do the challenge as originally posted because we're going to be doing a lot of squats by the end of the 30 days.
I may do another round myself after we complete this one, and add weights then.
Great idea for a challenge: Easy enough when we begin, and then building at a nice clip. I like this. Now let's see how long I last.0 -
