Day 26 - 135 squats. Managed to get mine in early today as I was able to hit the gym at work! So: 50 Squats with 5 kg dumbbells 70 Regular squats 15 Frog squats - first time doing these and they kill :grumble: Hope everyone else is sticking with it too.

125 minimum squats today! How many of you are still managing them in one set? I'm 20 ahead of you guys so I have 145 today. Breaking it into 2 sets. 1 set - 110 reg. squats 2 set- 35 jump squats Intense enough for me LOL. One more week and we will have made it to the finish line!
Done! I am trying to remind myself to do my squats *right* after my workout. That way I'm already warmed up and not trying to do these cold. I've noticed a big difference in the ease of ability after a workout. 120 squats - 3 sets, 40 reps each.
