I managed 2 sets of 70 squats per set right after I finished my cardio for the day... then I remembered that 140 was yesterday's count! So... I did another set of 50 to bring up the count from some of my missed days this month. I haven't been very good about posting on here every day, but I track every day in Excel (it's like crack to me, I swear! lol) and at the end of this challenge, I'll post all of my daily info.
So.. today:
set 1: 70
set 2: 70
set 3: 500
