10/19 - Day 26 Squat Challenge

Day 26 - 135 squats.
Managed to get mine in early today as I was able to hit the gym at work!
So:
50 Squats with 5 kg dumbbells
70 Regular squats
15 Frog squats - first time doing these and they kill :grumble:
Hope everyone else is sticking with it too.

The Frog squats were what I should have done yesterday, but I didn't see the post before I completed them.

I only did 120 yesterday.. but it's mainly due to I had to pause for a set and then was distracted.. I didn't remember last night til I was falling asleep
. I will be back up to the full amount today though!
