125 minimum squats today! How many of you are still managing them in one set?

I'm 20 ahead of you guys so I have 145 today. Breaking it into 2 sets.

1 set - 110 reg. squats
2 set- 35 jump squats

Intense enough for me LOL. One more week and we will have made it to the finish line!

    Beat me to posting - 125 done.

    Today was the first time I split them into two sets.

    1 - 60
    1 - 65

    The first sixty were done after my strength training session which included the leg press; so there was only so much the pins could take.

    Hopefully I be back to one set for tomorrow's if the legs hold up.

    We are on Day 24 today. Whomever posted yesterday made a mistake on the day count.

    I am doing one set. They are taking so long, that I am now double-timing them just to get them done!

    I may not be managing them in one set straight, but I am doing my squats at the end of 50 mins of cardio too. Yesterday (10/17) I did them as a set of 30, rest 10 sec.. then another set. Did the cooldown from my workout (about 5 mins) and then came back to do 2 more sets with 10 sec breaks.. 2 min rest and the last 2 sets the same.

    All told, 6 sets of 30 squats per set after an hour of cardio, I think I did pretty well. = 150 total
