Your on the right track. Our day 30 is tomorrow. If you go look at the threads you'll see I mixed it up and forgot Day 24. It goes Day 23 then Day 25. So Day 29 is today and Day 30 is tomorrow.
I did my squats I had 175 today.
I did 5 sets.0 -

I really pushed it today...
2 sets @ 90 per set = 180 squats.
I am still a few behind for the total count for the month.. so I have to add one more day to finish the month. Tomorrow is 160, but I have 275 left for the month to do0 -
