10/16, Day 22 - 120 squats

Done! I am trying to remind myself to do my squats *right* after my workout. That way I'm already warmed up and not trying to do these cold. I've noticed a big difference in the ease of ability after a workout.
120 squats - 3 sets, 40 reps each.

Honestly I'm really not seeing any visual changes, but I have so much weight to lose yet that I'm sure the changes are just hidden by many layers of fat. My strength/endurance has definitely improved though! When I first started I could only do maybe 30-35 squats before exhaustion- now I'm up to 120!0 -

I can certainly feel a difference, not sure if my butt and thighs look any different. Went shopping with my daughter over the weekend and noticed that it is a lot easier squatting to pee in the public restrooms.0 -
