This is the place to be if you haven't started any kind of "serious" workout regimen! This group is founded because we all need support in trying something new and different. This is also a place where we are all going to cheer eachother on to keep going, when we feel like quitting.

So, What's the deal? 30 Minutes a day of movement/exercise, doesn't matter what it is as long as it makes you sweat! Do this for thirty days. Prove it by telling the group what you did. This is an honor system. If you're not honest, the only person your hurting is yourself.

Now, let's kick some butt, shed some pounds, and get moving!!!
