Sorry, I forgot about the group. I wish there were notifications when someone posts a new topic! Although I didn't post regularly or exercise every day, I have been exercising more than usual throughout this month. This group was a good jump start for me, so thanks!

Today I did my last hour of watering the garden and bushes for my friend who is returning from vacation tonight. I have also done some walking.
