exercise!!! that's all ive been doing. I think I lost five pounds in the last two days. between moving and getting rid off stuff out of boxes it's been pretty much calorie burning. I won't be on tomorrow, as I am getting called into work early (again!) Doing the bike tonight before I go to bed, and thats also the paln for tomorrow night. See Everyone wednesday!
also, I may have a new diet plan. been having the munchies way too much lately. Got on the scale and gained back everything I had lost since january, and I;m not happy about that. Have any suggestions?

I didn't do anything yesterday. Lazy day. Today I have been walking around as much as possible at work. Tonight and tomorrow night I plan on doing Rockin' Body or Hip Hop Abs.
I struggle with food too. Not sure what to tell you. I am working on not eating just out of boredom or stress.0 -
I did 30 minutes on Leslie Sansone's 2 mile Walk at Home tonight.0
