Day 15 - The Half way mark

Way to Go Joy for Making it to the halfway mark. I know we all have busy lives and it's good to see that you've been consistent Logging in! Hugs!

We can do this! 30 minutes a day is doable (it's what I keep telling myself.)

Today will be the bike. But I am splitting it up into 3- 10 minute sessions. I have to take it easy. I injured my right foot putting my daughter to bed.:blushing: :embarassed:

    I made it halfway, but I didn't do anything on the 15th day. :embarassed: I have a Fitbit that tracks my steps and I was a little above my average. I can't say I spent 30 minutes exercising, just maybe walked around a little more at work.
