Week of September 24th Challenge!

Hi Everyone!
Take TWO! LOL I have no idea who completed the challenge because I didn't hear back from anyone! Let's rewind and try it again. ...
Let's get motivated! (I am talking to myself as well). We have goals everyone and this weight isn't going to lose itself. Welcome to all of the new people! It is a new week so let's start a new challenge. Activity on the board is starting to pick back up! Don't forget to check out the "new to the workout" section.
This week the goal is to get in 20 miles of cardio-- 10 of those miles on an incline! You can walk/jog/run (if you bike just count minutes like the classes) If 20 miles is too much and you are just starting out try for 10 miles. Those of you who love your classes (zumba etc.) let's shoot for 340 minutes of exercise! If you are just starting out try for 170 minutes.

*** Bonus!! Stay in the green for your food log 6 days this week and earn a bonus flower on the leader board!***
*** if you finished the goals but didn't check back in time -- remember that I collect data on Sunday night turn in your results to be included on the leader board ***

Oh my --how fast the week escaped me! I replied on the old challenge but forgot to message the fabulous lissa!
How are you feeling?
I am on board for another week of eating in the green
and I will make sure to exercise every day (not counting today) and my whacky schedule is better.
I WISH I could do all the exercises you list, I am luck to do some in house dancing and aerobics!
Hope every one has a great week, I am looking forward to weigh in tomorrow

Hi, thanks for checking in with me. I went away this past weekend and I use it as an excuse to eat whatever I want. Then I feel guilty about going overboard. This is an area that continues to be a real challenge. It is so hard to say no, especially when you are staying with friends. They were so great, making dinner and having great desserts. I couldn't turn it down.0

that IS tough----Family get togethers kill me, same reason---all that great food! In my family, it's always set out, and it's a grazing sort of thing. arrggh!
I try to eat healthy and super small portions
a couple bites is better than a whole piece. lots of water. I had a stress filled weekend, and while I did not go over, I did not exercise or eat as healthy. I just keep going though.

Oh my goodness me too! We stayed with friends and they kept treating us to their favorite restaurants with buffets or they'd order a bunch of appetizers for the group. It felt like there was no escaping so I just gave in! :-/0
