Ground Beef Substitute - homemade no soy!

I came across this recipe and made it recently. Worked really well in veggie sloppy joe's and pasta sauce so I thought I'd share. Only a few ingredients and all natural:)

I spread the mixture out thinly on a large cookie sheet and it got kind of crunchy in parts. I figured that way it would hold up well in sauces. Very easy and cheap to make, and passed my family's taste test. Win/win!!
