okay so ive been doing more and have a question

I have been doing 100 every day, with either a 12 lb dumbbell or a 30 lb kettlebell. should i still add, being a female, or should i just make sure to stick with what i am already doing, since i made it more challenging by adding in the weights?

Whatever is more challengeing to you. One of the mains reasons for this challenge is to build muscle and stamina so as long as theres improvment from start to finish then you've completed the overall goal.
