Decided to do my squats since "technically" its day 3 LOL. Anyways

I'm just stacking my squats onto the end of my 30 Day Shred workout, and I am now using my hand weights as well.0 -
Day 3 - 30 squats DONE! woot.
Plus however many squats were in the 30DS lvl 1 workout... man my legs are killing now lol!0 -
