I need a vegan cake recipe - does anyone have one? I'm good with using earth balance instead of butter, and almond milk instead of milk, but I'm at a loss for what to do instead of eggs? I tried ground flax seed, it didn't set up right, it was burnt on the edges any soggy in the middle. Is there another substitute that works well for baking?
