Meal Plan
Hi everyone, New here. I have been vegan for almost four years. I am feeling much better and in the the process of tuning my diet. Anyone knows a good tool for a meals plan. I want to keep it simple as I am trying to gain some muscles and lose body fat.

Protein Ideas for Breakfast?
Hey guys. I'm looking for ideas on getting more protein in the mornings. My breakfast is usually steel oats, frozen fruit 1/2c almond milk. I get less than 10g of protein from this. What could I do that isn't ridiculously high in carbs but also not soy based? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
