Seems like the same 5 people posting daily and I KNOW we have more people than that in this group! Keep motivated people - what day are you all on??? How's your progress coming??? I have taken more days off than I care to admit but I will be on day 8 tomorrow. I'm hoping to start Level 2 on Monday. I have started seeing changes in my body already tho and Hubby approves lol

I have been battling a migraine for the past 2 days so I haven't done it since Monday. I'll be on Day 5 tonight. I have however, been watching my food so I hope this week hasn't been a total loss.0

I finished day 3 of Level 2 today. No one else was ever posting so i decided to stop. If people come back i'll continue again. Not giving up 30 day shred, just don't see a point in posting about it here if no one else is going to...ya know?
Anyways, day 3 of level two just about killed me. I had to take so many breaks. I havent been on my blood pressure meds for a few days though, so that could be it... starting them again saturday once i get paid so hopefully thatll help my stamina. And my foods have been REALLY bad lately. Today was better...but as a general overall thing...not so good. workin on that.
How have others been doing???0 -
^^^ I know, so much for motivation around here - we didn't even make it thru the first 10 days and people started dropping like flies!0

I'm still in it!!!
Today was my day 9....I took last Wednesday and Sunday off because of busy schedule.
I have to say that I think I'm just about ready for level 2. I still struggle with the 1st circuit cardio as my feet don't the jumping jacks and jump rope combo. So that's when I still find myself taking a little breather. Other than that, I'm doing good! Full squats and 15 push ups in a row!!! Woo hoo!!
Haven't lost any weight...but I have an inch from all measurements (except my bust where I lost 2 inches :sad: ).

I'm still in it! I got really bad calf/shin pain so I've had to take more days off than I'd like. But tomorrow I plan to pick it back up, it'll be Day 8 for me0

I admit I fell off the wagon....due to some private issues, but I restarted this morning 5.30am right after hubby left to work - today is my day off by the way lol......in an hour am off to aqua aerobics that should help with the soreness...it did last week ;-)0

I fell off the wagon too! We went on vacation...so I did a lot of biking instead, but managed to gain 2 pounds after coming home with a bad cold and taking care of 2 little ones with the same cold
I'm picking back up tomorrow.
Didn't want to post as I didn't know if I should just start over with Day 1 ?!0
