Which food has the most gluten

Hi there-

I will be taking my blood tests on Monday to see how intolerant I am to Gluten and also for Celiac disease. I have been told 2 weeks before the tests, I have to eat a diet that consists of gluten. I have less than a week to go, thank goodness since I'm as bloated as the stay-puffed marshmallow guy!!! What I want to know is, what foods have a high source of gluten? I thought I would eat those the last day or two before my tests.

Thanks,
Wendy

Bread bread and more bread. Whole wheat breads. Pastas are processed differently and while they obviously contain gluten its more compressed. When you add yeast and water it activates the gluten in breads.

Wheat, rye, and barley all contain high amounts of gluten.
