    keep up the good work guys :) i ate lots of pickles this week :) I did eat some salads to and I kept up with drinking my water. I did bad though I slipped up and had soda again :(.

    Does anyone have a new challenge for this week? Or do we want to go with NO DRINKING SODA or EATING TAKE OUT :) If you like it cool but if someone else has and idea I would love to use it. I want to keep this group involved and everyone taking a chance to be a part of it .

    i could do no soda but usually i need to get some kind of fast food. i go places like subway, jimmy johns though. i never get fries or fried anything. i'm not sure about this one. maybe eliminating unhealthy fast food?

    9/19 - Salad (traditional lettuce)
    9/20 - None
    9/21 - Tomato sauce (homemade)
    9/22 - Tomato sauce
    9/23 - Carrots and bok choy in homemade ramen
    9/24 - Lima bean

    I need more veggie and WAY more fruit. I hate being a picky eater.

    DreamZenko. I don't feel so bad now :). Clearly we have the same feelings towards fruits & veggies

    Tue- a few veggies on a subway 6" sub, green beans
    Wed-lettuce, apple, applesauce
    Thur-lettuce,
    Fri-lettuce
    Sat-french fries
    Sun-Sweet potato Fries AND sweet potato potato tots
    Mon-lettuce

    lol yea! I will eat veggie but raw fruits are boring. I should look into healthy ways of cooking them. Yes some nutrition is lost but it is still better then nothing :)
