    Lost 0.2 pounds, but hey, DOWN IS DOWN, no matter the increments, it all adds up

    I had a less than stellar summer with weight loss and am trying to get back on the weight loss band wagon. How is everybody feeling about the 8-week Thanksgiving challenge? Any helpful hints or great ideas to stay on track?
