Good for you I'm losing inches but not weight. I've been adding strength training because I don't want a lot of flappy skin when I reach goal weight. I may not get to 10 pounds this time.:ohwell:0

I'm doing both, though currently my cardio is at a 3:1 ratio with my weights. As I lose more I'll bump up my weights, I am already lifting heavier than I was three months ago0
