Keto after child birth?

I had a baby about three months ago. I went from a size 3/110lbs to a size 13/180 pounds. This is the largest I've ever been. Apparently cravings and bed rest don't go well together. I'm 4 days in - I'm feeling pretty good about it so far. Are there any other ladies that did keto after childbirth? I'm hoping to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight by my son's 1st birthday, is that possible/healthy with Keto?

I would ask your doctor, if you are still breastfeeding. I breastfed for the first 2 months and lost some weight that way. I did not change my diet though.0

Hi, my daughter is 5 months old and I just got started two weeks ago. 8 lbs down so far. We've been doing a combo of breastfeeding and formula since she was born, so I'm not super concerned about the impact on her health. I've read that ketones are brain-building chemicals, so there you go.
From what I've seen elsewhere, your weight loss goals are well within your reach. They say women have a bit of a tougher time letting go of fat than men, so don't let the huge numbers they post get you down!0 -
I had an emergancy c-section and the nurses gave my son a bottle. He never latched sadly. I tried for 2 months but towards the end I was only pumping 2oz an hour.
I've been on Keto a week. I'm down 10 pounds! I'm also doing c25k and this http://media-cache-lt0.pinterest.com/upload/180144053814804328_v0tc7h2P_c.jpg0
