My ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge -- Is to hit my goal weight of 150 lbs! That means I have 20 lbs to go after today!

The first two weeks of September were completely stalled for me but things seem to be back on track. I started drinking alot more water throughout the day and I purchased a Polar HRM to get a better handle on my calories burned during exercise. I love, love LOVE my Bowflex Treadclimber, but it lies!

Staying focused on eating healthy but not obsessing if I stray a little. Weather has been a little cooler & with the leaves starting to change, the motivation is there to get out & walk a little more.
