I just started this on Sunday and am loving it! Really sore yesterday, but pushed myself through it and felt great! Anyone out there starting this recently??

I am "officially" starting Ripped in 30 on Monday with my sister. We completed the 30 Day Shred earlier this month (finished up on October 15). My results were AMAZING (pictures posted on a 30DS group thread). Lost 21.75 inches and 12 pounds in total.
I have done Ripped in 30 Level 1 three times so far (will be doing that and some 30DS stuff until my sister joins in on Monday). So far, I really like Ri30. My knees are pretty bad, so knee pain is my only complaint. Hopefully they will get better as more weight comes off!! (I do the workouts with knee braces and ibuprofen now. Haha.)

I also started Ripped in 30 this week! I started on Tuesday so today was Day 3 for me. I have been loving it also. I did weeks one and two of Jillian's 30 Day Shred, but had to stop due to an injury totally unrelated to working out. I was borrowing the DVD, so I had to give it back and thought I would start with something fresh when I started working out again. I have been sore, but nothing to the point where I am not able to function in normal every day activities, so that is good. I have also been trying to do some straight cardio every day just to maximize my results. I took pictures and measurements on Sunday, so hopefully in 30 days I will have some great results that I can actually see! I would really like to meet up here with other people who are doing the DVD right now so I can get support, commiserate when I am having a hard time and maybe even help motivate others! I hope everyone is having a great day!
